Roots test every Tuesday. Study Roots 7, then Roots 8 each night this week, writing down the root word, definition, 3 example words, and one sentence using one example word and context clues in their composition book! We will continue to write our in-class essay this week, and have a Blood on the River Final. They received a study guide last week. We will also test all 50 states this week, which WILL count, so please encourage your student to study these each night after their Roots. This will be ongoing through 2nd trimester.
